Today for this week, we are going to talk about the Eachine E56 drone review. This is the latest addition to a wide selection of foldable drones such as ScharkSpark Thunder FQ35 and a more popular extent, HS160 Shadow. In the Eachine E56 drone review, you will learn about its performance, design, and features that it brings to the table. In the end, you will be able to make an informed shopping decision. Without further ado, let’s get the ball rolling.

Design & Build Quality

The Eachine E56 drone features an interesting, yet simple design style. Its body hull is flat which provides durability and makes it hard to get damage. Unlike toy-grade drones such as HS170 Predator and Hubsan X4 H107L, the Eachine E56 drone is built with ABS plastic that is more resilient. The motor arms are foldable that can be easily folded inside to look just like a smartphone in plain sight.

To power on the drone, just simply press the button located on the top. For a change, it is a really good feature to have instead of plugging the battery to turn the drone on. Plus, it uses a modularized battery that delivers the power better and is much safer than exposed Li-Po battery. The LED lights are located on the front and back that provide visual support positioning. Not only you will be able to maintain a clear visual line of sight, but your flight also doesn’t have to stop when it gets dark outside!

In the front of Eachine E56 drone, a 720p HD camera is built-in. This is especially great for beginners and kids who want to learn how to capture pictures from the skies. The downside to that is the camera can’t be upgraded to a better one. Unlike some drones that let you choose to upgrade cameras such as Ophelia. Overall, the design quality of the Eachine E56 drone is crafted professionally made to last for long service time.

Performance

Knowing how well a drone performs is the single biggest factor when it comes to shopping for the right one. The Eachine E56 drone is a no exception when it comes to displaying its capabilities to perform with grace and smooth flight control. Using the intuitive one-hand remote controller, you have three ways to control the drone: transmitter, smartphone, and gravity-sensor. Because it is built for gravity-sensor, the drone is exceptionally reliable and responsive to the one-hand operation that makes it super easy to control.

Eachine E56 Drone Travel Case

With speed mode, beginners can rest assured that they will learn the rope of how to fly a drone. By default, the drone is on the lowest speed setting. As you learn and master the controls, you can increase the speed mode to challenge yourself. It is a great opportunity to practice before you plan to splurge on expensive drones such as Phantom 4 Pro. Not just only that, the Eachine E56 drone comes with a multitude of beginner-friendly features like headless mode and altitude hold function.

Remote Controller

One of the most intuitive accessory that the Eachine E56 drone comes with is a gravity-sensor based remote controller. Unlike most drones that use standard two-handed remote controller, Eachine E56 takes the design to a whole new level by challenging your piloting skill with one hand. As I mentioned previously that there are three ways you can control the drone. First and foremost is the gravity-sensor based remote controller.

This feature lets you pilot the drone based on the controller’s orientation. This means if you tilt the controller to the left, the drone will fly to the left and vice versa. This makes flying the drone much easier and simpler. However, for some old-fashion or people with a gamer mindset, it might ward them off. However, you still can fly with a smartphone or with a traditional remote controller style.

Eachine E56 Drone Remote Controller

The small size makes it very easy for kids and beginners to handle the controls. Which is a nice change from drones with a bulky remote controller like the Bolt Bee or Ninja FPV? And lastly, the Eachine E56 drone comes with a travel case that lets you keep the quadcopter and all of its accessories safely in the place. So, that is a big bonus from the Eachine.

Conclusion

At the end of the Eachine E56 drone review, this is a quadcopter that does everything as advertised. It is both incredibly stable and easy to control although, difficult to master. Which is a nice change for those who want to develop and hone their piloting skills? While it only comes with one battery, I recommend that you purchase a few additional batteries if you want to extend the flight session. A single battery on average provides a flight time of 7 minutes and with a limited control range up to 30 meters.

This is a great training drone for first-time beginners who wants to learn how to fly a drone. Plus its features such as Speed Mode makes the learning curve smooth as possible so that beginners can master their piloting skill. Its low price makes it an incredibly affordable option for beginners who wants to start their drone journey for less than $50. An excellent choice without denting your bank at all.
