Hi Keith, do you think there’s any scope to improve the camera on the HS700D? I have recently purchased it, but I would definitely like to add my own better quality camera in the future.
Hey Hansveer,
The old version of Holy Stone HS700 Ophelia used to have 1080P HD action camera which gives you the option to mount your own action camera like GoPro HERO 7 Black or Osmo Action if you want to. The upgraded version of Holy Stone HS700D don’t have that kind of flexibility when it comes to imaging. However, it is mounted on a 1-axis gimbal stabilizer that provides a steady footage up to 2K HD resolution quality. That being said, I don’t think it is not possible that Holy Stone might introduce feature to replace camera. Anything can happens in the near future when replacing camera with a better quality becomes an option for camera drones like HS700D and HS720.
Can you buy the 700D camera and fit it to the 700 ?
