Design Quality
On initial impression, the design quality of WiMiUS DR10 drone is certainly interesting. Its design style is different compared to most toy-grade drones under $100 that you normally would see. In fact, I really liked how it is built to be aerodynamic. Most of its body-frames have been reduced to minimize the air drag while maximizing the air flow. The quality of material that it is used to craft this drone is made of durable ABS plastic which is impact resistance.
I really liked how it has two built-in blue LED lights located in the front that adds a nice finishing touch. However, they do serve more than just appearance, they help with visual positioning during the daytime and nighttime. Furthermore, the WiMiUS DR10 drone is equipped with an amazing 1080P HD camera. It is uncommon for drones to have that quality level of the camera in these price ranges. Let’s alone makes the DR10 drone a serious competitor among the best camera drone for beginners.
Finally, this drone uses brushed motors and comes with modularized battery. This is important because modularized battery provides additional layers of protection against overcharge and discharge. Not just only that it prevents fire hazards, the battery is designed to deliver the power more effectively. In exchange, the drone performs better for longer flight times. Each single battery charge provides approximately 8 minutes of flight time.

Performance
In the next part of WiMiUS DR10 review, I am going to talk about the drone’s performance. As I mentioned previously about the modularized battery has been designed to deliver the power effectively. It reduces power consumption while generating higher RPM to achieve maximum flying speed and precise flight controls. Although, the majority of the DR10 drone’s performance is achieved through beginner-friendly features.
This aerodynamic drone comes with a built-in barometer that detects changes in the air pressure and adjusts accordingly. Which means it balances its stability out so to remain a steady height level. Not just only that it does automatically, the DR10 drone is equipped with an improved 6-axis gyroscope stabilizer. These features provide stability for the drone so that it is made easy enough for beginners to pilot around.
Performance-wise, the WiMiUS DR10 drone responses to the controls quite fast. Thus, allowing beginners who have no prior flying experience to pilot around with grace. Thanks to built-in precise flight control features. You can easily fly the drone around with incredible maneuverability and responsive controls. In fact, the DR10 drone is made to be an all-round quadcopter designed for beginners as well as experienced remote pilots.

Camera Quality
It is quite a surprise that the WiMiUS DR10 drone comes with an incredible capability to capture stills and record videos at 1080P HD resolution setting. As you can see the difference between these two images, the DR10 drone can take stills at 5MP at 1080HD resolution. It just goes to show how stunningly beautiful aerial pictures are with the DR10 drone. But wait, there is more to that. You can easily insert a micro SD card to store videos and stills on it.
The micro SD card slot is located in the back, just below the battery. For this drone, we highly recommend 16GB micro SD card as it should be enough. Speaking of the camera quality, I don’t think this is half-bad at all. It does take nice pictures, which will require at least some practicing and correct lighting quality. It is the same true for professional-grade camera drones. Personally, I think if you are a beginner and you want to master aerial photography skills. The WiMiUS DR10 drone would be a great fit.

Remote Controller
The WiMiUS DR10 review isn’t done without talking about the remote controller. Before I talk about this transmitter in detail, it does look similar to the Eachine E58 and IN 1802 drone. However, this drone has received several upgrades that make it overall a better choice for beginners compared to these two quadcopters that I mentioned. First of all, this remote controller comes with a built-in mount holder. You can easily insert your favorite smartphone and livestream video from the drone’s camera.
I am not entirely sure if it comes with dual antennas or not, but if they do. It is entirely just an add-on to make the remote controller looks nice. The antennas will not do anything except make you look like a professional remote pilot. That is if the appearance is important. But design-wise and ease of use, I think this remote controller is by far one of the best I have seen. I liked how the buttons come with an inscription that makes it easy enough for beginners to fly right out of the box.

Not just only I am talking about how easy it is for beginners to learn to fly a drone like this.
